Eager to do my part in shaping a more equitable built environment, I am pursuing a Master of Architecture and Master of Science in Real Estate Development dual degree at
Columbia University GSAPP.
My background spans the fields of design, research, and education. I received a Bachelor of Science in Architecture with Honors Research Distinction from The Ohio State University in 2020. After graduating, I joined the AmeriCorps program Teach for America with its mission to close the opportunity gap for children from disenfranchised communities. The two years of teaching allowed me to reflect back on my goals in architecture while moving forward in my advocacy work.
Since then, I’ve been in graduate school developing the conceptual and analytical skills to design buildings that aren’t just placed in a city but justly woven into its complex urban fabric.
Please feel free to reach out if you’d like to connect or collaborate, and view my resume to learn more about my experience.
